Help desk and IT support for Austin businesses

Most small businesses do not have an IT problem. They have a who do I call problem. The printer, the VPN, the laptop that will not wake up, the person who cannot get into the shared drive — all of it lands on whoever in the office is least bad with computers, and that person has an actual job.

What you get

  • Your operations lead stops being the accidental IT department
  • New issues get triaged before your team even notices them
  • One monthly invoice instead of surprise hourly bills
  • A written record of what broke, why, and what stopped it recurring

You are paying an office manager or an operations lead to spend four hours a week on things they were never hired to do, and the work still is not getting done properly. Meanwhile the solo contractor you have been using takes two days to call back.

What's included

How we run it

Unlimited support, not per ticket

Your team emails, calls or opens a ticket as many times as they need. We do not bill per incident, because charging people to ask for help is how you end up with a network nobody has told you is broken.

A 15-minute pickup target

During business hours, someone acknowledges your ticket within 15 minutes. Not an auto-reply — a person who has already looked at your environment and knows what hardware you are on.

Remote first, on site when it matters

The large majority of issues are solved remotely, in minutes. When something needs hands — a failed switch, a new office, a machine that will not boot — we come to you anywhere in Central Texas.

Documented, so it stays fixed

Every recurring issue gets a root-cause note and a fix that survives the next reboot. You should be opening fewer tickets in month six than in month one.

Direct escalation to the person who runs it

You are a small business. You should not be routed through three tiers to reach someone who can make a decision.

FAQ

Questions people ask

Is support really unlimited?
Yes, for the day-to-day: troubleshooting, questions, fixes, account changes, advice. Projects with a defined start and end — an office move, a server migration, a new phone system rollout — are quoted separately so you always know what you are committing to.
What are your hours?
Business hours are 8am to 6pm Central, Monday to Friday. Monitoring and automated response run around the clock, and every plan includes an after-hours path for genuine emergencies — a site down, a suspected breach, a ransomware alert.
Do you support Mac and Windows?
Both, plus iOS and Android for phones and tablets. Most small businesses run a mix, and treating one platform as a second-class citizen is how shadow IT starts.

Find out what you're actually running

A 15-minute call, then a two-hour on-site assessment and a written picture of your environment. The findings are yours to keep whether or not you hire us.
